A rollercoaster of pros and cons
The room was conveniently located above the train station, allowing easy access for day trips. The private balcony was a delightful morning retreat, providing a chance to relax before heading out.
The lack of an elevator made navigating the stairs cumbersome, especially with heavy luggage. Additionally, there were occasional noise disturbances from other guests that disrupted our peace.

The location is spot on, super close to the train station, which made our trips to Cinque Terre a breeze. The staff were very friendly and provided us with plenty of tips on exploring La Spezia. The room was clean and cozy, and the shower was fantastic!
My wife says that the breakfast options were pretty limited.

Steps from the train station made getting to Cinque Terre super convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, providing just what I needed after a long day exploring. I appreciated having a fridge and kettle in the room for some late-night snacks. The WhatsApp check-in was a breeze, and the staff were quick to respond and helpful with my questions. However, climbing to the fourth floor without an elevator with my suitcase was a bit tough. I also found the breakfast limited. A voucher for just a croissant and coffee at the nearby café felt insufficient. Despite some small inconveniences, the location made it worth it.
